Stephanie specializes in landlord/owner representation and tenant/buyer representation for industrial and office brokerage throughout Hampton Roads.  As a landlord/owner representative, Stephanie prides herself on the creation and implementation of aggressive marketing plans and constant communication with her clients.  As a tenant/buyer representative Stephanie guides her clients in selecting a property that best fits their needs while using her market expertise to negotiate the best sales price or lease rate. Stephanie has the distinction of being one of the few commercial brokers in Hampton Roads to have both the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations.
